With an annual lamination capacity of 4.4 million metres, we produce several laminated fabrics like TPU laminated terry, fleece, single jersey, interlock, non woven, foam, jacquard and quilted fabrics. We also perform fabric to foam and fabric to fabric laminations. The range of lamination width is 33 inches to 86 inches.
Quilting machines are used for making comforters, mattress toppers, duvets and other quilted products used in bedding. The annual capacity of SDS is 150,000 comforters. We use top of the line quilting machines which are the best in the industry.
Fiber filling is used for making high quality pillows, bolsters and cushions. Commonly used material for fibre filling are 50D conjugated, 1.8D micro polyester and cotton. We have a production capacity of 1.3 million pillows per year.
Our perfectly balanced and novel technologies enriched sewing lines follow LEAN principles for maximum sewing outputs with minimal wastage.
